I guess with no word from admin and no prizes given out by now, we have to face the unpleasant facts. We got what we paid for. Has anyone ever actually received anything they won here? Is it just a certain segment who get prizes? Anyone else having referal problems? Does anybody care that we all played the game and got nothing in return except to up the sites daily visits? As this site got my poker adventure started couple years back, I've always felt some sense of loyalty to it, but this is just plain RUDE.

why so bitter ? how many freebees you had off this site? never look a gift horse in the mouth , if I recall the xmas prizes werent that spectacular mostly tourney entries and free spins on the casino,, tourney entries are welcome sure but why would anyone want to go to casino sites? just fools play casino games , I am sure if you keep at admin they will reply , but posting this is just asking for directions to THE MOANING THEAD, I won and recieved 150$ in the last 3 months here and in one case the money was in my poker account in 4 hours so someone gets paid , or maybe I am part of this certain segment of members you infer exsistence to,lol,,I see its 10£ of casino spins your complaining about , take my advice dont bother, casinos games will kill you!

Guess i'm weird when it comes to principles. As a 13 year three time cancer patient/survivor I've come to value commitement and loyalty. it's not the value of the prize that counts but the small pleasure of gaining something in a life full of pain then having it taken away. a quick email would have informed members what to do. Thanks to Stojaca for complete, lucid instuctions on how to get to the right place. To Host85, you are wrong I have not yet received my price(sic). It's possible my prize got messed up due to other reasons but as nobody could get any info for over a month the issue just festered. If and when I hear back from admin I will post a follow up. In the meanwhile, don't get the wrong idea, it's great to be alive, love to play poker and thanks to bankroll Mob I've never deposited a penny after two years of being on the tables.

I'm sorry you didn't get your prize Howick260. But I must say, you should really be speaking with support before posting defamatory messages on the public forum like this. It's not a support forum, it is for discussion. Support is a really a back-end process and doesn't need to be in the public sphere. Unless in exceptional circumstance where you feel exposing some element of it will have a positive effect for the community.
I, like many others here, have always received everything that I have been offered. Inluding two cash-outs of mob points.
I haven't participated in the referral program, so I cannot comment on that. One of the people who won one of the major prizes in the xmas calendar, is a posting member and he already commented in a thread that the $640 Monthly Million ticket has been credited to his account.

Actually my posting got me the info I needed to find what I needed to know.If it was less polite than the three or four over the last month, my bad. Support posted one email a long time ago asking us not to email about it. There have been dozens of posts asking for info and slowly it's coming out. The forum is the only place for such discussions after so long. After all, we all work together for mutual profit. Read my last post in this string. have a good one.

Prize couldn't be credited for some reason but support went all out trying and came up with good alternative. Should contacted them directly first. Thanks you ERIC . Having crow for supper.
