I have a neighbor that he is like Jessthehuman, he bashed the religion everytime, just doesnt give a f**k about religion. But when his father died, here he was craying like a baby asking for god why he took his father life.
Anyway this thread its about the use of religion pics in the pokersites avatars, and not to bash any religion.

The problem is too many agnostics and atheists are tolerant of religious beliefs, under the guise that they are harmless. Well they are not harmless, they are doing great harm.

If I have a friend and they start believing in imaginary people, seeing visions, hearing voices - etc - Then I try and get them mental health care - and yet billions of people world wide- are suffering these exact symptoms and everyone is doing nothing under some BS about religious tolerance.
"Religious tolerance" allows for denial of human rights: For females, for homosexuals, etc. It allows for wars in the name of God. It allows for laws based around religious ideas.
Religion is a serious problem and IS NOT to be tolerated. If you can see this - and are not a believer - then shame on your for not speaking up.
i had so many discussion about religion that im tired of it... but if i read your comments then im thinking its actually the "INTOLERANCE" responsible for all this your describing and not the religion. you sound like a radical religious preecher just in another context. do you really think there would be less war if there was no religion? we are an aggressive species.. war between humans has been long before religion appeared. we always will have/find a reason to make war and we certainly "dont" need religion to justify it. about female and homosexuals...is it really the religion or the "intolerance" ? like every atheist tolerate homosexuals ? cmon.. i get your point with the black pants. but i could also say poker players are dangerous for our society. what if they cant control their gambling, lose their family, house, money and end up homeless ? they start stealing, burglaries, kill innocent ppl for a few dollars just to have 2-3 buyins for the next session. there is alot religious people who live peacefully. buddhism for instance never ever commit a war in name of buddha, but according to you we may not tolerate them ? all in all really bad arguments why not to tolerate religion. but i agree that you have to fight those who try to shape your living. having you in a powerfull position wouldnt make much difference as having a religous radical freak in such a position.

Avatars don't bother me, people are allowed to decide on what they want and if poker sites allow them than fine. I might find some distasteful and disrespectful but I am not looking to make friends with anyone at the poker table, just gimme da moneeeeeeeee!

Making destrution to get the opil of a country is something very necessary. I dont understand when a country is in a war because of the religion, but i found it more pathetic a country maiking a war because of ther oil, destroyng an entire country giving stupid lies just to atack.

First this thread was created to have different point of views. Second look like some frustrated people used this thread to get like theyr revenge about something that i dont know what he is. Live with hate is really bad, and we already had some many lessons by our history about what hate does in our lifes, its really bad. Third, for the people that doest give a s**t about any religion, i think it was better coming here saying stuff like "i dont have any religion and i dont mind, its something that doesnt bother me". Four nobody is using this thread to compare racism with religion, i just gaved a point of view (most of people get nuts if its a racist pic, but they should think that some people gets nuts of its a pic making fun of some religion). We didnt born to have the same opinion, and we didnt born to make everybody happy. Fifth we all should think that not all poker players are agnostic and doesnt believe in god, probably the agnostics are a minory in the poker tables. Six Poker companies should be more restrict about peoples avatars, i found some avatars really ofensive and iam not mtalking just about the religious avatars. Talking about the avatars astuff i think Fulltilt havwe a big advantage comparing with pokerstars. Theyr avatars are funny, you can change your avatars state, this is all about what avatars should be.

dude you should think that before, when you called me ignorant. Mpost of the users i already know some of them i had already some cold conversations too, but with respect. you come here and in youer second post you start insulting a guy that have 1 year more than you in the site. Talking about racism, its a conversation that goes to nowhere, i myself already made jokes about people and i already was vitim of racism when i lived in Canada. Iam from a country well known for what we did we the past. Unfortunately i cant change our history, unfortunately some people suffered alot in the past. We cant change our past, its our fate, we have tp acept it in order to make a better future. The most important thing is to tolerate other races, even if we dont like chines, or black people, or white people, or gypsys, we should tolerate them in other to live peacefull. Iam not expect to live in a perfect world, its an ilusion, but iam expecting that we can learn from our mistakes.
