All i did was defend my house , when i lived in the hood i woke up to a native guy trying to get in the door with a screw driver i beat him to a pulp broke his ribs his nose his and legs , then a few days later i seen him walk into the next house next to me with casts , cruches all buised up ...turns out he was just really drunk and tried going into the wrong house , lmao

okay, I would defend also my house, but you should have realize that the guy has been totally drunk and for sure not to break all bones of his body. To get 6 months, I guess, you have already a history of violence

if what you are saying is true, WHICH i DOUBT , sure you have the right to protect your property but the level of violence needed to produce the injuries you describe(BEAT TO A PULP!) are I think well above reasonable force, in fact sounds like something an animal would do, in my country you would I hope be looking at more than six months , plus charges of criminal assualt , the victim would also be intitled to compensation for the injuries you inflicted on him, he was drunk also and probably unable to defend himself by the sound of it which makes it even worse, didn't you try to communicate with him before you launched your attack? If I or anyone I know showed this behaviour I certainly would not broadcast it on the web, rather hide in shame, I would like to see some evidence of your actions, perhaps a report from the court, or a letter from the jail!

I realy do agree with midnight1954. This is way more than anger issues man. I lived in Canada, 5 years, 3 cities. One of my favourite countries, and I´ve lived in a lot of them.
When I see how WININGHAND79 is posting here, also Canadian, I´m shocked! What the hell is happening over there that all this is a laughing subject??
I know people in Canada as well, good people! , good country! some problems as have all countries, but compared to some well above the average, this post reflects badly on them, "gnags,natives! beating to a pulp", even giving his youth such a bad thing to admit to never mind publish

Were you on tilt or something, man? Were you playing on Poker Stars just before it happened? I mean, it was just a drunk...Here in Russia, if I'd beat up every drunk who by mistake stumbles on my porch, I would have been locked for life already. You should be more tolerant to drunks, man. Judging by what I've seen in Canada they are very rare there and can be considered as endangered species.

end of the day you was only protecting your family every1 has the right to do that, even he was drunk and went to the wrong door but WTF did have a screw driver in the first place something not right there, anyway i hope you dont get sent down my friend not a nice place to go , hope you ok and see you soon for new posts

GL at court man, and about beating the guy to a pulp lol maybe a bit much force but i dont disagree with giving the guy a good kicking if he was trying to break into your house but if it really was a mistake well will teach the guy a lesson. Everyone seems to be going crazy here but if you stay in a bad neighborhood and start trying to get into to someones house chances are the person catchs you the will want to kick the crap out of you or stab you if you do get the jail it prob wont be as bad as you think just prob very boring
so think 6 months will goes very fast and u meat here u again
