I dont believe you.I dont know where are u from, but I cant tell you that is quite wierd to be arrested in hail for only 6 months. I know this becouse when I was 18 I had a big fight in the beach with my friends versus a group of gypsies taht tried to stole our bags when we were in the water. 3 of us were sent for 364 dyas to prision and thats means that if is your first time with legal problems unless you have punished with more than 1 year you dont go to hail. (as ther punishment was 364 we have never went to prison)
If you have legal problems in next 4 or 5 years I dont remember you will go to hail for the new punishment and the year from the punishment before. That means that you cant be in hail only for 6 months, or you go more than one year or you dont go. that is beocuse I dont believe you.

hard to work out what your saying but for a start hes not from the UK so the laws are different and even the crime is totally different from yours but apart from that still not sure what you mean lol
anyway nice one man would of been harsh to get done for that well i think anyway lol but i suppose im a brain dead thug lol

i dont get what hes saying either , first he says he went to prison for 364 days then he says he didnt go for 364 days , stay off the drugs man

what makes you think shes mad? you post this shameful account of what you did to some drunk, if its true? and now you tell us the charges were dropped , not an uncommon thing to happen even in the UK criminals get off with worse than what you say you did for the most absurd reasons, maybe you should just think yourself very luck and perhaps show some regret for what you did , if you did, I hope the drunk makes a full recovery and hopefully wont hold any badfeeling towards you, as for being your nieghbour thankfully I am not, when I lived in Aberdeen with a young family at first I lived in some of the so called worse or deprived areas in the city, most were nice people living there lives as best they could, some were junkies and thugs, you learn to spot them and avoid,, I think I can guess which category you fit , but your young like I say think your self lucky and perhaps learn something from the incident
before I go looking at your age explains many things, someone close and dear to me when your age maybe a bit younger would fight for a penny, sometimes for nothing if captured in the correct mood and has the scars to prove it, not just on his body, time passes and people learn or educate themselves about life and right and wrong,, now I would class that person as a pascivist and not as he was a PASS A FIST,,

Count yourself lucky that the charges got dropped. If you don't have a criminal record keep it that way. The problems a criminal record will cause you later on are endless. I had to certify one our technicians recently to go do some work at a customer's site, and that's when we found out that 20 years ago when he was 19 he was caught driving drunk and had a criminal record. Caused us a lot of headaches and nearly cost him his job. In the end he was able to obtain a pardon to facilitate things and everything worked out. You have a lot of years ahead of you, keep your record clean!

Sorry my english is not enougt good. What I tried to say is that I was sentenced to 364 days in hail. But I never stay inside prision becouse was less than one year punishement.
You cant go only 6 month to a hail it would be counterproductive to send a man that never had legal probloems before to hail. Thats why the law only sned people to hail for more than one year or they dont go unless they have more than one hail sentence, in this case both sentence would be accomplished and you will stay more than one year.

i agree with u midnight,i supose in most countries u wud get more than 6 mths 4 wat he did and yes every1 has the right 2 protect ur family,,but come on...6mths,lol,and got bailed,lmfao,if he goes 2 prison sayin that then hes screwd,the real hard timers will c strait thru him and wonder wat hes really in 4,,6mths,maybes 4 slappin his lass around
