Ive had same situation in PKR - played phase 7 HU (step tournament), dont know what the buy in was that time but close to 60 or 70$ I guess. Anyways I got dc right after the first hand was dealt out. Net worked and everything else also. So I contacted support - they asked me to go thru 5 steps by looking up files from my laptop and send all to them to ensure it was pkr fault. I did got my ticket back in the very next day
btw - why you people so fkn critical here lol? Some have just hard time to express whats been thru - does not mean that everything comes out from the mouth has to be b******t always, does it
