Yes,if fulltilt give everybody refund they will close site for few months,when I play in every game few players have disconnection problems,that know every player who was played at fulltilt

Huh? When Fulltilt go down they always give refund... not when your internet connection fails ofc. I got already refund few times.... and never heared anyone who didn't get their.

OMG! What a statement Full tilt have worst support in history of online supports!!! They locked my account and asked picture of me holding my ID, I sent them that and after five! days comes email that they cant open picture because it is too big! Took them 5 fooking days to even open email! My account was blocked 35 days and they didnt even say sorry, we have made mistake...

as i said in the beginning, a picture is needed to prove it, as in last effort, thats a type up, i will give an example of what a full tilt e mail looks like in my email account, if you can do the same i will do as i said , no probs

BIG +1. Fulltiltpoker support is sooo big... one of the worst support I have "pleasure" to talk with. People there don't know what they are even talking about... two times I was copying terms to them because they didn't know that... sick. Also they respond after 2 days at least...

joined All Aces today and apart from having to enter details twice I found their support excellent, especially the live chat help, easy to navigate tourney schedules etc, all-in-all a good move...
