What do you think is the best poker movie of all time? It doesnt have to be directly about poker just have poker as a part of the movie?

Rounders is the only good poker film with a good story. All the other poker films are boring with bad characters or had poker as a alibi story.

Your funny as hell. By the way best movie with poker in is Rainman. And, like doz said, wasn't about poker more towaqrds blackjack, but there were chips in this to.

IMO The Grand > High Roller (Stu Ungar) > Rounders

But to be honest - it's pretty close between them and none of them are what I'd consider "good" movies - but those three are all watchable and OK.

Although - for a movie about Stu Ungar - High Roller has very little actual poker on the screen.. So even though I like the movie more- Maybe rounders is ahead of High Roller just for being more poker orientated..

Rounders / Stu Ungar. Not fussy, neither brilliant, neither bad. Prob like the Stu Ungar film a bit more, made me want to read a bit more about him afterwards.

I can tell it's a tuff job for ya! How'd things work out with BMWman? Didn't see any more bad stuff. Probably shouldn't bring it up. Some things are better left alone!
