That is a sick laydown, thank you for posting that. I have not been able to laydown a hand like that either, even if I thought the other player had better trips or fullhouse. There are so many other hands a player can be playing that strongly that I hate folding such a strong hand...

I never did it but i believe i have enough (lol) experience to do it if something like this happens to me. It always depends on the circunstancies. Come on, first there's an Ace on the flop, at turn any Q would beat JJ and only at the river could JJ think of something else than loosing that hand. Others are making their games also, and made a very good read of others hand. I bet he put other with high pair since the begining, perhaps AA, so other's flush would be better than his. Difficult but nice to see he took the right decision after showdown.

I remember this, great read indeed. I probably couldn't get off the hand either. But if you think about and put him on the AA or KK (with a big pre-flop bet) the turn and river wouldn't matter much.

Not really that unreal its wat makes the differance from the poker players and the online tards. That big a tourny you have to exect hands like that because thats all anyone plays.
That was a sick hand it would be really hard to get away from that hand but it was the world series of poker so its easier to lay down but a cash game would of been different.
