Looking at last night´s completed Tournaments, I see that 2 top 20 players both won a 10.75 and 21.50 Tournament. That brings me down to about 6th, I think.
So today I´ll give it one final shot, and try to win one. Anything less and i won´t make 1st.
Honestly, treading through a minefield of idiots for about 20 hours is not my idea of fun, but I feel I owe it to myself and the regular Mobsters to try and win this one. It´s a longshot, but what the hell!
So wish me Patience (a lot of it), limitless endurance (to sit through the absolutely horrible play), and a little bit of luck (going to need some of that too).

Episode 1:
Full Tilt $50 freeroll 1.933 runners Finished 88th Cash Grand Total: 8 cents
Just wasn´t getting those cards or hitting the flop at crucial times. Nothing to be done about it.
Still feeling ok, but expecting nausea due to the excellent level of play to set in about halfway through the second Tournament, starting in 10 min. I wish I had some tablets....
Just got busted in the Party Freeroll in 64th, for a grand total of 25 cents.
hey jack are you entering the other $200 partypoker tourney today , which is not the leaderboard promo one, you have to earn 50 point in the month to play in, il be inplaying in that one too mate

Haven´t played much on Party during the last month, so I don´t have the points. I don´t even see it in the Lobby, that´s weird.

Good luck Jack! Even if you don't win congratulations on the effort and for getting that far. I know you must have nightmares about donks calling with 7-4s versus your raises with AA and cracking them, but following the conclusion of this competition, as you go through intensive therapy, remember: ALL IS WELL.

LOL LMAO!!
Really, I AM having nightmares... Holding AK or AQ just doesn´t cut it in these games, because there are 2 donks at the table going all-in with A2 or A3 and that 2 or 3 is gonna hit right after the A!!!
------------ Damn!!!!! Why did I call???
Holding AK, I raise, an idiot goes all-in, so I decide to call where I usually run away from the Donks. He shows 8 10 offsuit..... AND HITS HIS GODDAMN 10!!!
Man, I need a break... Going to watch some TV and try again at 17:00.
pffffffffffffffff....

When my nerves need some steadying, I reach for Jack... Mr. Jack Daniels that is! Maybe that's the solution: you are trying to play poker and nobody else is. A little bit of mind lubricant, descend into the Valley of the Donks and blast away!

Excellent idea mahdrof! I might just pop over to the shop in a while and buy 4 bottles. Just pour the stuff down and hopefully I won´t remember a bloody thing about all of this tomorrow.

agree with you on that one...it's hard to win when you're playing serious and they're not..as if you're playing a different game than what they're playing

I'm wishing you best of luck IslandJack. Been monitoring the leaderboard just so I can wish to be on it someday. Your the man, patience, focus and don't get pizzed at the donks. Let'em beat each other out first. Best of luck!

Meh I tried my best yesterday and finished 32th at the 200$ freeroll. It played it alone for 2.5 hours and received an awesome 0.84c, but without luck I wouldn't get anywhere.
I've seen 2 times the worst cards win in 4way allin pots : 10K beats 88, AA and A6s by making a fullhouse (gj!); 88 beats 1010, 99 and AQ. I could show you the screenshots if you don't believe me. I myself was about to get a major suckout in a 3wat headed pot me(1010) vs 77 and A7, because the 77 guy hit a set.
This is not worth it, there are many ways in which I could have spent those 2 and a half hours better, like finishing Ryan Fee's book about 6max NL.
