Ive just tryed to login to partypoker and they have closed my account down ,
i had over $150 in it , ive email them to say what up and waiting for a reply,
but also i request a cash of $51 worth of mob points to party poker about 3 days ago and was wondering can you cancel that pleaseand put it back into my mob account,
untill i find out why they have closed my account down,
cause i dont want to lose that money either

Well Dozn01 - going by your previous threads..I'm guessing it was a close family member that has done this.. Just a guess - but it would seem to fit the scenario. GL with it.

this is sickening...especially now that you've been on a little roll lately..i'm sorry buddy..hope you can find a solution for this problem...

If this happened I would be mad as Hell, what do they think they are closing someone's account without any reason. No way this is something for the lawyers, Sue them ! Angry

Any news Dozn? Jess may have a point, does anyone know if a family member can claim problem gambling on your behalf? What kind of verification would be required to do this?

Imagine how rediculous it would be if anyone could do this? If your oponent loses a big pot to you and them reports you as a problem gambler out of spite?

no one like that knows where i play or uses my computer it has nothing to do with that,
they said i had a account years b4 and closed that 1 down,
under there terms and cons i can not open another 1 up
but i havnt this was my first account there when i first joined up from bankrollmob ther other day,

hang on its the same fooking email they sent to me b4 i getting messed around here ,
so basicly what are they telling me my account closed down forever,
and i carnt get information about that account no more?

what about my funds my bonus and my points ,
also gutted about the bankrollmob freerolls there carnt even play them,
anyone with suggestions on what to do,
not much else i can do was it because i never deposited on that site??





Dozn with an email like that it sure in the hell sounds like someone hacked your account. I mean first they closed it because they said you had a duplicate acct' and now you asked to close you acct because you have a problem makes no fooking sense. There are places you can make complaints about online poker rooms or casinos.

i played at PP for some years and was even palladium lounge member for reasonable long time , maybe i can contact them as i still know some people of vip support over there and ask some questions regarding closing accounts and what happen with the money if they close a account without mention you .
it's just a suggestion and don't know if this will be a help for you .

hmmm, I see, so by what Ive read they first say you requested the account closed so they closed it, then they say its because you had an account prieviously? well looks like you have a job on your hands proving them wrong and getting your money, I will wait and read how you get on,, gl anyway

i will contact them within 2 hours from now when the wife and the kids are in bed and let you know the outcome after i talked with them .

This is what happened to me with the players only account dozno1,thats why i said so much about it,you will probably get the message next saying its a management decision and thats it,theres nothing u can do,it happened to me and bankrollmob couldnt help resolve it either,thats why i stopped trying to get ain like that through brm,i am with a cpl of other forums and its like night and day the difference,im starting to think brm isnt liked very much in certain circles because of the way some sites treat some brm members,hope u get it sorted! Confused

well doz , i just had contact with PP ...
i will try to write what they have told me .
firstly ... they will never keep any money from a player for reasons as closed a account because of player asking himself for whatever reason .
secondly they will not keep any money from a player even when he have multiple accounts as long as he did not try to abuse the bonus rules ... in this case they will close all accounts and warn the player and reopen one account .
they will close any account permantly and keep the money if they have find out that a player did some frauduleus activities as for example open multiple accounts trying to have or have received different no deposit or deposit bonusses on his or her multiple accounts .
this is the complete info that they have given to me .
i did not discuss with them your account as i told ... i just asked them what they do when they close a account for whatever reason and there is still money in this account .
don't know what you did or did not do and it is also not my bussiness but as far as i see it does not look that good for you as they also told me that when a account is permantly closed it stays in most cases permantly closed .
maybe you can try also to send a mail to >>> [email protected] .
hope the best outcome for you in this one , anything else i can do ... just tell me .

It's not even just the money that makes this irritating, it the lack of answers and accountability on the part of PP. Although I'm not sure what's being said or what's happening so that's an outsiders perspective.

Please keep trying, I'm keenly interested to find out what they're doing.

ive already sent a email to them they said the same thing ,
that i already had account with them which i closed down, (in which i didnt)
i carnt prove i did or didnt just carnt win,
like they said b4 i closed it down so under there terms and conditions ,
they think i tryed to con them out of NDB and opened another account up but under the rules of the gaming support or whatever its called gamblersbeware i can not ............
its a catch 22 either way i lose..............
