Ummm , you must of known this guy was a little loose I mean he puts 2/3 of his stack out there and wont call the other 1/3.

Good job taking the pot down tho, I dont like to bluff like you did. Because with that kind of board you either have Ace high or pocket pair. If I was that guy and had even a 5 I woulda called you.

Congrads tho I taking down the pot

i dont like it at all personally. i think that bluffing in the early stages of a tournament is a way to get you into huge amounts of trouble, had it have been later in a tournament it would have been a far better play. people tend to call with anything early on.

whereas if you are half way through the tournament people are far more likely to fold a marginal hand

Hehe nice bluff but it was a big risc! He raised pre-flop tho, so that might indicate that he has high cards. But still, he could have had pocket pair, but then he'd prolly bet after the flop. So afterall, nice win Smile

This guy had to be loose, i mean what could he have that he couldnt call the last 1/3 of his stack after risking soo much...
I try to avoid bluffing early in tourneys

hahah i think that is a really risky and nice bet! lol but i was also thinking the same thing teamprocase said.. i wonder what he had? unless he was tryin to bluff himself.. but it was a nice betting

it turned out to be a nice play, but this guy you're facing is obviously a fish, or was bluffing himself. if he was, that was a damn big bluff by him. he put in two thirds of stack, and refused to call other third.

simply bad play by him.
