I am one of the 1000s users of Bankrollmob's free bonus player and as a new comer in the game, I lost everything (not new I guess) However after that I had to put everytihing Iv learn through here, and other sites and start playing with my upper head and not the lower. However what I have discovered is that most people play exactly like that. (lower one) I do now play freebies or low stakes etc. I wouldnt dream to call on turn all in with 8-3 7 - 2 even A 3 People they do that all the time. The problem is that they win.
Whats wrong? Should I start playing chess instead? Isnt it any law out there to say that if you call with the most idiotic hand you should stay with no clothes in antartica for 20 min?

luck is temporary but skill is permanent if you keep losing maybe theres something wrong with your game, you can try reading some poker strategy or watch videos to improve your game. nobody's a born poker genius and everyone has to lose in the beginning. try posting some hand histories here so that people can give u some feedback on your weak points. people who win callin with junk are gonna lose that money at some table soon , so if u keep playing good poker u'll be profitable in long term
well theres a lot of factors to take into considerration here,,, the site, the stakes you are play at, also your bankroll, you have to adapt your playing style too, maybe your knowledge of poker need to inprove as well ?? poker is knowing when to hold em or fold them even when you have a strong hand, can you do this??? master this and you wont lose much money over the long term, all i can say is read some books, or like me ive learned alot of my poker knowledge by just playing, for the last 15 years or go to your history of poker games cash games tourneys hands and review them , correct your mistakes could you of played the hands better? to inprove your game cut out your mistakes, minium your losses maximise you win percentage to make you a better a player i do this mainly when ive finished a session winning or not, different out look of your game when your not playing it. watching how you played a hand.
also poker is mainly skill but a bit of luck is involed over the long run, i hope this has helped you and good luck at the tables and see you for more posts

Reading in BRM's Poker Strategies and the input from the Mobsters has improved my game along with patience. But, Poker is to be played for fun and I believe once you start having fun playing the game the wins or placing better comes. Pretty new at this gig, but fun is got to be part of your plan no matter how much experience you have.

My friend they dont win actually... They win one time but lose 10 times with those hands but we only see when they win. I have suggestion for ya... Every time when you see player win with that kind of hand go and check his stats on sharkscope and you will see what kind of win is that...

Poker is 99% skill and 1% luck, sometimes in tourneys or ring games you will lose the best hand to dnkey hands, but that is short term, long term play good starting hands.

Winning at poker is a combination of skill, patience, timing and luck, and not always in that order. Always watch what you are willing to commit your stack with, as top pair with top kicker will often not be enough. Play low buyins until you are comfortable with the game, read the articles and spend time thinking about your game, especially after every session: analyze what went right/wrong and why, and chart your results. Charting results enables you to see trends, and since I hate down trends it makes me try that much harder. GL!
chess is a different class of game and much harder than poker with much more variants , stick with the poker sounds like you are getting there, give it a few more years and in the mean time try not to lose your shirt and lower parts, low stake games see the hands you described all the time and highstakes its all in the game they say,,this year so far I have lost consistently but not because I have l been playing bad , but I make sure I dont lose enough to hurt I think its called BRM , so dont give up yet or join Dozs conspiricy theory club with luck and BRM I am sure you can become a profitable player if not and it becomes to much grief give it up, chess believe me can be more soul destroying if you play sieriously which I used to do, may your god be with you,gl,,,,,
p.s
the amount of young players coming into the game thinking FREE MONEY I wont need to work is huge especially from eastern europe just check out the BRM freerolls, on the STG circuit this drops obviously because you need money to play , however the players there are mostly good solid players and have played thousands apon thousands of hands so you need more than average ability to become profitable and cope with variance,downswings and the all the rest,,,gl again

u need to have skill to win tournament and u need to be lucky to win a hand.
wow nice it is my own idea lol ;D . It is impossible to win tournament with no skill, and it is skill to lose less when u lost a hand and win more when u win :}

I agree< it is very difficult to play against these types of players. It makes it hard to run far in a tournament only to get sucked out in the end on some garbage. I agree though over time if you do the right thing you will come out on top in the end

Firstly I would really thank you all for your time to write your opponion to my post. As one of the friends that post that I might loose my shirt and pants, I have to say so far I havent lost any of my personal money. Some of the BRB has been saved so I could start playing slowly slowly. I very rare play cash or STGs....I moslty play tourneys and my average procentage of hands played are about 15 to 20 % max. I know I am very good at the begin and mid section of the game as usually I can have some good stack, unfortunatelly no matter what I try (saving my chips, never bluffing, being agressive with SS players, waithing for good hand etc) I still managing to finish just about in the money.... What Im doing wrong?
doesnt sound like your doing much wrong , maybe just not getting that extra luck factor that every player needs to win a tourney,, perhaps if anything in the later phase of tourneys you have to try the odd bluff, taking the blinds is a necessary tactic to win

i believe even when people play money games there will still be those dummies. its a matter of waiting patiently for your move. Let those donks run like the weasels they are. DONT allow their crazy betting to screw up your mo-jo. hang in there and kick a s s.
