I was just rejected for a bankroll from Party Poker, the reason being is they are mad at me for finding faulty software they were using and threatened account closure if i was to mention it to them again. To put it all in a nutshell, they were running a program that at times wasnt dealing out the entire board and still mangaed to find a winner. I am sure hundreds if not thousands of people suffered from this issue and the majority of people just attributed it to a poor connection but the reality was it was faulty programming. I found it because i was curious as to what hand beat me and how it played out and when i checked the archives it showed no turn or riverwas dealt so i mentioned it to them and they confirmed it immediately.The issue grew when i questioned why the software continued to run knowing it was corrupt, they wouldnt shut it down because of the almighty dollar and image of the site might be questioned?? People need to know what kind of business they are really dealing with and its too bad that a pipe dream that so many are chasing questions the integrity of these emails more then the corrupt sites. Dont think for a minute any of these sites run a program that plays out like a home game, all are designed to protect the weak players from instant demise, they dont want them getting dejected without trying again and again so a program that saves the weak call and poor bet goes along way in allowing them a chance at some short term success. Think about why every poker site uses the words fair and random to describe their software, each and everyone uses those exact 2 words and doesnt sway from them because its legal to do so.
this has been forwarded to a number of sites and Party Poker will confirm it happened but wont answer as to how they handled it. WOULD YOU ??????? ty, John

Please post the mail you got from Party. Unless you do that you will NOT get any respect on this forum.
I´ve been playing on Party a long time...no problems... So really show what you feel is going on or shut up and admit! Being a bit strickt, but we have heard this before...

hello children, This is exactly what i said about little zits defending the poker site like they have investments in it, do you think for one minute i have a reason to fabricate stories like you little punks? I told you how it happened, i dont need to justify the integrity of the story to make you little girls happy, if you need confirmation how about phoning them and asking, then come back and apologize for being a typical on-line a.s-hole. Jessthehuman and your on-line girlfriends like JazzyJeff, Almonds and flipped chips and any others, are your lives so pathetic that on-line confrontation is how you fill the emptiness? If i was to hear a story like this i wouldnt discredit the person in any way, and if it wasnt totally believeable to me i certainly wouldnt feel the urge to attack them for trying to make others aware, but you drama queens are different today, your little girly tendencies towards gossip cant be harnessed so you jump in with both feet and no brains. I am sure some of you will be on a ledge soon, screaming at the top of your lungs about an article you read on global warming or big brothers involvement that you dont believe in...then SPLAT!!!!!

listen you little punk, i havent posted alot because i dont have a big yap like you and when i did post i never attacked any individuals credibility...ever...unlike the zit farm punks like jessthehuman and others on here and now you feel you have the right to attack me?? First of all lets look at what you said, "what other company is on the stock market" , well its too bad your not just ignorant but your un-informed also. There are many Poker Rooms on the market but most are under affiliated names but your not bright enough to know better, you just want to sound like you do. On the other hand Party Gaming is known for one thing, they were first poker network on the US Stock Exchange to be REMOVED because they were found guilty of running the most corrupt program known to man and were forced to change their name from iGlobalmedia to Party Gaming in order to stay on the London exchange. Secondly, are you telling me i didnt see what i saw on Party Poker because you know more then me on this issue, or is it because your an a-hole trying to defend the guilty? I think its 'B" .. Last of all, i suggest you research your stupidity before you suffer from foot in mouth disease again. this man hates party poker so much.believes that everything is rigged. yet, whines like a baby when he got denied for a free bankroll at party?! this guy is funny.
...and why is he asking for a bankroll at party??? for all his talk, i would assume he had lost a lot of money he deposited at party because of their rigged games...isn't it that those who ask for free bankrolls are those people who never deposited and play real money at party?

There may be many bad poker websites, that's why I stick to the big 2 Fulltilt and Pokerstars, no one I know has ever been cheated on either site! Cheaters will always try to be a part of the game. It's like my friend paul says whomstarted his roll with 11$ and is now somewhere over 12k and has also won a seat to the Asian Poker Tour on FT. He says.. If they're cheating they're certainly not very good at it. You take a risk sitting down at any poker table we all no that. It's come a long way since the wild west days though, and if you pick a decent site , you really won't have any problems...Now if youjust want to be a conspiracy theorist, then go for it.
