What rank do i have to come in these freerolls to earn mobpoints?and how long do they take to add to my acount?

usually a couple days. just click on the leader board every day. Or in your profile page, top 200 from each board is displayed. So you'll have to have more than last place to be on the board. At the bottom of that it will show you how many points you have to date....

Only the leaderboards that have finished, are displayed in the profile page - not the current one.
