Because i'm fighting since the 15th of January to cashout my money, i started the Poker client today and i saw, that after a big update, the tables are open? Is this the same company or a change?

Their website still states that they are no longer operational. Big Bet was part of the Merge network, and other rooms of that network are still in business.
