ok who here is ready to make a jump up in stakes? i mean higher risk higher reward seems dope but tht losing thing is what i couldnt get a handle on. idk about u ppl but i am just now learing how to shake off a bad beat but its tough....

LOL, no harm in trying as long as you can except losing and with out it effecting you bankroll for your regular game...truth is the game doesnt change too much at certin levels, the only real change is your bankroll.

A little more detailed information would bring more interest to the topic. I'm not sure what your request or intentions are. Maybe I'm not with it. What kind of higher stakes, where, etc.?

After grinding the micros at Pokerstars, Partypoker and 888 last fall, I needed some extra $$$ around Christmas for all the presents and some unexpected rapairs on my car. After Christmas I started grinding again, slowly going up and looking to jump a notch when I tried jumping up to blinds that would be more interesting, NL50 and NL100. PS crashed, PP went up nicely and then crashed, but 888 took off and I now have an adequate bankroll to play at these blinds. I love playing these levels, especially since when you do well it makes a difference, vs. flopping quads on the micros and coming away with a pot of $10, woohoo. I have even played NL200 and half-stacked NL400 with good results. Bad beats hurt more, but I definitely bring my "A" game to the table, and if I don't feel sharp I'll play low dollar SNGs or such instead.
Like Bigfoot says, as long as you leave yourself a cushion so that you don't have to deposit again, why not? My next target is FullTilt. I have a casino account that has done really well, from a $20 deposit have made some really nice withdrawals, and am running up my account to transfer a decent sum to FT and go for the first depositor bonus. My game there is blackjack. GL all!
