Full Tilt DoN's?  0
Hi guys,

I was thinking about signing up for Full Tilt so I could join in on the freeroll action.

Quick question though, do they have DoN's there? If so could someone be so kind as to tell
me do they have $5 (what rake) and do they have turbo/super turbo variants? (Where blinds go
up every 2min/1min. respectively)

Thanks for the help.

Full Tilt does not offer any DoNs at all.

I havent seen any DoN's at fulltilt and was sad to see them go at PS.
Fulltilt has a standard 5. + .50 1 table that pays 22.50, 13.50, 9.00 and other multi table ones.
Another 5. + .50 I like is the Sat to 600k double duece turbo, 1st and 2nd get a tourney ticket worth $ 22. and 3rd gets 5.50 which in my opinion is better than the standard 1 table because 1st and 2nd place ticket which I exchange for tourney dollars. So get 1st or 2nd and u get 4 times the buy in.
But sorry unless Im missing it, there are no DoN's

Arithmajik, I see you received replies concerning the DoN's and sorry FT doesn't have any, but as for freerolls, there are sevral. Fair warning though! Most of them have 7500 to 10,000 players and the NLH freerolls are full in a matter of a couple minutes. If you want to play them you have to stand guard and be ready to register immediately. Just in case your unaware I thought I'd give you a heads up on it. Good Luck to All!

Awesome thanks for the clarification (not so awesome that they don't have the DoN's though). Also thanks for the warning on those freerolls Green, I'm not going to rush to FTP to fight 10,000 people for $100.

One last question about the site as I got conflicting evidence, do they take deposits through InstaDebit?

Thanks again.

OMG serious I have not noticed that Full tilt poker do not offer Double or Nothing SnG's lol, why?
Why PS too busted out dons and added Fifty50 (have not tried) .. I think dons is very good for newbies to learn poker.

Care to elaborate ?

I would have thought the general school of thought would be that it teaches "newbies" incorrect poker and thus would be an inappropriate starting platform.

They can play a type poker where they have only one decition to make every hand: Push or fold. No tricky play after the flop.

FTP freerolls have a max of 7500, not 10 000 like at Poker Stars. They run every 2 hours. And they are a whole lot better than play the diks in the BRM freerolls. But I have been playing in the nightly $250 freeroll at Party Poker, 11 000 people and goes through the field fast.

Yes i can´t understand too, why FullTilt no offers DoN SnG´s. They could have a lot of more players. DoN´s are good to clear a bonus or build a small Bankroll to play other games.

FTP is the easiest bonus to clear as it stands now. Only site I have ever played where they offer 2x points every day. And sometimes 3x points. So they really don't need DoN's....

fulltilt does offer instadebt. although there is no DoNs they do offer a wide selection of games for everyone. one of the best things i think fulltilt has going (even though the site has been tickin me off for lack of a better word) is the rush tournys and games the abilaty to quick fold not playing one table but a player pool lets you play up to 300 hands an hour and really gets you thinking. it also has super turbos (3 min blinds with a 300 chip start)i like these when you dont got alot of time but got that itch to play poker. This site does have the hated "rigged hands but nowheres near as bad as pokerstars. plus BRM offers the leaderboard for fulltilt which offers up i believe 550 dollarss in freerolls a day, even though fulltilts onyx and ME round freerolls have ruined this creating and allin any two group thousands strong.

I agree with Jess about it being a whole different style of play. I often perform poorly in these after I play a large MTT, as I readjust and loosen my play constraints.

BMW, Those bonus points offered do they actually count towards clearing bonuses? Usually they only consider rake you've actually generated, am I right?

Magatt thanks for the link, lot's of good stuff there.

Double Or Nothing.

meaning half the field win their buyin * 2 and half get zilch. So you either double up or bust. Theres no "first place" as such, in a 10seater for example, the game is over once only 5 players remain..

Personally I suck at these, I'm far to LAG.. get bored and bust on the bubble nearly every time. Doomdy is an excellent (ex) DoN player.. he made a killing playing them on PKR.

I'm a lag too but i do well in double ups

In double ups i play lag with mediocre hands, and passive with premium hands letting the noobs bet into me.

FTP doesn't have double or nothing tourneys, maybe they considered not to place them because of the same reason PS took them off.
