well, I have over 100 BI for $20 games now ... so I should be ok to play those.. I don't usually play $50 games, it was just a "shot" really. I knew it was going to be a long game, so i took the laptop to the lounge, queued up a bunch of shows on the big TV in their and just played all day in the one game.. Just made a day of it really. But generally speaking - good advice, bankroll management is def my downfall.
IMO - I should play the $20 games with the occasionally shot @ $30 or $50 (not often though). The thing is though, in Australian peak times - there isn't many games on PKR - so I cant really afford to be that picky about what I play.

A lot of good Deepstacks on FT all day, running from $10+1 to maybe 24+2 (step 3) if you want. Party has also started running deepstacks since last month at limits starting at 5+1 and running up. Don´t know if you can play those sites, but they are running all day and night, especially on FT. (Should you not find the right level to play to your bankroll)
Of course the field are larger, not so much on Party, but definitely on FT. But so is the cash at the final table...

I can't play on FTP without a bit of hassle.. I used to live with my Dad and his partner and we all had FTP accounts, we only had 1 PC - so it's not like we were ever on at the same time and FTP DO allow multiple accounts per household. But they froze them after a while and asked for docs, I sent mine but then they asked for my Dads and his partners.. In the end I couldn't be assed since I mainly play PKR anyway.
I live elsewhere now - so i am sure I could get my account re-activated if I really wanted to, but I'd have to jump through hoops.
I have active accounts at PS/PP - however, I really enjoy PKR - and if they cut me this rake back deal then I'll probably stay there.. They generally do great reload bonuses to - which is a MASSIVE downfall for stars, although party is great with bonuses.
If I get some more decent wins in and start taking it a bit more seriously, then I'll definitely fire up maybe party or stars - I have dual 24" monitors, so I can run PKR on one and the other site on the other screen no probs..

GG jess don't think the rakebhack deal at PKR it will be a good deal for you: it will push you to play NL200 and higher ...where you use to waste your bankroll
make a favour to yourself: have a serious look at your stats and just stick to the game you are winning at

thats a tasty graph there jess keep it up tbh i think you inspire me lol i read this this morning and im up $150 only thing is i share the same problem of hitting the cash games without the roll to handle the swings, ran deep there in the same tourney i came 3rd last week then bubbled it my Qs got crushed from AJ im going to try stick to the multi table sngs and and tourneys see how far i can build my roll but i want to hit the cash games maybe the last week of the month i want to try get my platinum star on stars, have my gold just now but with the plat you get a nice $100k freeroll per month, i get a $30k one every week with gold so keep up the good work and inspire me

I self-excluded myself from all non-poker on PKR - oddly enough, my problem wasn't Bj, roulette or even the slots.. It was a fucking Deal or No Deal game they have going LMAO - but I just had CS remove all that s**t for me - but yeh, self exclusion from cash would be lovely.

aww thats rough. Fucking hate running into quads, I just did the same had Aq flop come QKK, guy bets i flat, turn is K, river brick. Guy has K4 or some s**t calling my raise, lucky his play reeked of quads so i didnt shove into his bet, but lost a good chunk in a $30 buyin game, busted not long after..
Its particularly hard going from MTT to cash calling/shoving ranges are so so different in cash.

yea that was unlucky but nice you never lost the lot there but unlucky on your exit. yea there is big differences from tourney to cash, that hand i said about it was a HU match to i had A4 he had 3s very hard hand to get away from HU but no big deal. I like what you said about turning of the cash games would be good if i could do a deal to take them off my lobby for 2 weeks lol

Yeah.. its probably not even so much the booze as it is the cash games.. I'd prob do it drunk or sober.. It's a discipline thing I guess.. In life - and thats translating to my poker game.
