its always good to change your playing style every now and again. i play regular live poker with friends and a change in play works for me. when playing with ppl regularly they know your style.
change it a little maybe play a little aggresive and build an early chip lead i always find that with less players at a table an early chip lead really helps.
also i used to play very tight with my friend so it was harder after a while to get a win as they folded when i started raising so change it a bit.

Why would you want to change it? Do you win at these games normally? If yes, I don't understand the question. But if it is the same people every time, then you shouldn't play the same way every game. Some do pay attention to this, and will change their style accordingly. See what happens in the first 20 mins, but with only 6 playing, might only be 4 by this time. If you are new and trying to build a BR then play the way you do now.
I wouldn't change anything right off. Tight play while building a BR is smart poker. Bankroll management is key to success. A good bluff now and then can reap rewards. Good luck with your game. Let us know how it goes. Win big.. It's all in the cards isn't it.....

i dont play live but i dont think this would matter to much, i think you should play aggressive as you are used to 9-10 handed play where you have to be tighter but 6 handed is a whole new thing, play a little looser and more aggressive. i dont mean go mad and start play 96 off and crap but dont be scared of a hand you would not play to a raise in a 9 handed game, lol thats what i think anyway. 6 handed is great you get to be in alot of pots, you should try some 6 handed games on poker site and see how you feel Thumbs Up

just be tight at the beginning as usual. It will not change to much. Still the blinds start low and you don´t need action. But when the blinds are moving up you gotta start loosing up a little and always be aggressive. As the blinds move up the 6 handed game will be nothing else than always... just imagin 3 or 4 guys got kicked out. It is the same 6handed game as usual Blink

Do not go play poker with friends thinking how to win .. Go play for fun .. If u want to earn cash play online, take part in Leaderboards promo and other s**t ;] .. I think with friend u can play just for fun .. Playing cash can be very unfunny and sad at the end Big Smile
