In Italy there are strict rules to manage a pokerroom and there is a statal organization (AAMS) authorizing and controlling subjects operating in gambling sector.
I play on an italian players only pokerroom and enjoying it and doing well there as well (I mean I would like to play there in the future).
On the mainpage of their internet site they have a rotating banner (like the ones flowing at the bottom of several tgnews) titled "last lucky winners" where they announce everyday the better winnings of their members.
Yesterday they announced me to win € 1780 at poker, but I didn't
I strongly need your opinion on what should I do now (or on what you would do in my situation)
should I claim the money? should I inform AAMS about their false advertising? should I warn pokerroom I would inform AAMS if they won't give me money should I shut up?

Hmm, really confusing thing. Is it possible that they add winnings from a certain time ? So not from one day but maybe from one month together or something like this ? But I guess you should first try to clarify with them.

Contact the poker room first, before you do anything else. Maybe it was just a mistake. If the answer smells fishy, cash out, and contact the regulators.

Posted by GIOMi6: Maybe the pokerroom is a scam site, do not trust all pokerrooms my friend only the big ones with a lot of traffic. Call them what their problem is.
It's not a scam I already cashed out really quickly. It's a skin of ongame network, I guess it is the biggest here in Italy and some wellknown actors and soccerplayers are testimonials of this pokerroom (with their faces on the main site and they are also present to site's live events) and as I already said, we have strict rules and controls in italy about this matters (it is strange to say for my country but it is the truth )

I would call them first and ask about it. Make your decision afterwards. Or....you just claim the money, if you don't get it warn them you"ll inform AAMS if you don't get it. After you got it u still warn AAMS, cash out your money and shut up

hmmm i think you should contact them and try to sort it out before doing anything like others have said. if they dont give a good explanation or continue like this its your wish to complain or not, dont forget if u complain you gonna lose a nice place to play for yourself too. so might not be worth it but most probably its just a mixup

That is weird, no advice, but would consider request some feedback as to why or what it is in reference to. It would seem they'd have to square up with you or it would be false advertisement. Not sure how that works in Italy though, but here in the states I know it would stand as false advertisement. Hope you can collect! Good Luck to you and All!

Update
Yesterday in the afternoon I wrote them" As you published on the mainpage of your website I would have won €1780 with poker, but the money didn't reach my accoubt yet" And I attached a screenshot.
They quickly answered (it took about an hour): "Dear Mr. xxxxxx , please provide us the tournament details and the needed info..."
Then I answered again almost immediately: " I turn the question to you: why did you published on your site I won € 1780? I need some explanations and details. I will wait for your answer"
Until now no answer has come.
Still hope in your help and suggestions mobsters, comeon.

Not a lot you can do, its up to them to pay out I guess, As you have done mention the matter to them, then mention the fact that it is false advertising, never at any point suggest they should give you the money, it can be conseaved as bribery to stop you talking to the regulators, and bribery is a crime. Now you are in just as deep as them and have no moral ground as your edge. You are not to act like a crimanal, you are a victom here, and without doing anything guilty by association(not reporting them) , they dont want this matter to go any further, and hope you go away, leaving a win win for them, dont do that, demand explinations untill they offer a peace gesture for the mistake they made involving you in a crime. If talks go no place, then you have 2 choices, drop it, nothing ventured nothing gained, or report them, chances are not a lot will happen and certinaly nothing that benafits you, outher than knowing you did the right thing. Doing the right thing rarely pays.
Now hopefully you have not responded again, your next mail should be, "I play lots of poker on lots of sites, im not sure what tourn I won, could you please inform me" (something to that effect, you are playing poker with them now, let them make the decisions, and you keep on the pressure.) And as your attorney I demand a 20% finders fee + $100 per advising post.
