Is that something Betsafe promised you, or BRM? In either case I suspect it should've been processed and delivered by now. Be sure to ask betsafe support about, and don't wait to long, time is often an issue.

2 weeks have already passed , think you should contact BRM support and betsafe support for more info. you might require to send id for verification, brm support is on break till 13th so will take some time to reply, maybe thats why your bonus got delayed
