Thanks for posting that, wow, I have never seen anything like that before. Every now and then a crazy hand happens that makes you take notice. Can somebody calculate the odds are of that happening?

well as much i wanted that to be me it wasnt. It was just a table i was watching while i was following a guy around making stupid calls and wanted to see if he plays like that all the way. The odds cant be compared with a Royal Flush. Royal is easy compared to this lol

Posted by MIGO14: Lol, what a funny hand indeed. Forgive me my question, but why did the guy with KK win this hand ? Sorry, but I am not experienced enough in that.
He/she won with four-of-a-kind queens and a king kicker. Other player had a four-of-a-kind queens too but jack as kicker.

yes in a situation like this where all 4 cards are communal, the one with the highest kicker wins. So next time you see a hand like that and you have an Ace go all in
You must learn all possible scenarios here, so that you are able to react properly when time comes. It would be a shame for example being involved in a hand like that, having an Ace and fold. Ive seen many times for example players folding to an all in when there is an A high straight on the table. Funny and silly. lol

Okay, thanks to your explanations. Regarding street Ace high, this was already clear to me. But until now I did not know that with quads also the kicker is relevant. Once again one more thing I learnt from here

Very nice hand, thats absolutely sick! Since i play online poker just two times there was four of a kind cards on the table, also quens once and the other time 3's. Someone said above what are the chances for something similar to happen on live poker. I think the chances are a lot less than on online poker but not impossible. When i used to play poker just for fun with some friends similar things happend when the cards were unproperly mixed lol I can't imagine how hard was for that guy that lose the hand... Good luck!

Never seen so many face cards out or a hand like that. Very impressive! I guess that 3rd J on the river becomes worthless at that point! Nice post! Good Luck to All!

Superhand, i guess you won't see hands like that to often, i"ll bet in live-play you probably won't see that hand ever. (but it will happen offcourse). Sick odds to paint a hand like that
