Nothing has changed, and won't be settled for months. Not sure why they are there, lucky maybe. Or they might not even be Americans, you can change your country at will. Doesn't matter what country you display, as long as the country correspondes when you make a deposit. I changed my country, it doesn't say Canada anymore. Did this as a test a week ago............

Well the department of Justice and PS and FTP reached a partial agreement, that the pokersites get their .com domain name back and that the USA players get their money back. FTP and PS also agreed that they will not accept players based in the USA for playing real money games.

well i can see one playing ring games right now.his country clearly states United States. is there something else going on with the states? i mean all the states are banned or they left a couple out? anyways im trying to find out how this guy is playing but he aint talking

apparently they allowed sites to be temporarily opened to allow the us players to cash out their money from full tilt and pokerstars but they wont be allowed to play real money games. so nothing;s changed except players got their money back on which they'll be paying taxes i guess so money for US govt

No such luck! Can't play anything other then some of the Freerolls. Can't play many of the freerolls like Daily Dollar, Midnight Madness, Ticket to $1000 Guarantee and they have now closed the U.S. $250 Freeroll. This is all on Ft. Don't know what's going on at PS or Absolute. Just wishing I could play some micro SnG's. Really sucking right now! Wait to see what occurs. Good Luck to All!

Its really bad for US-players, but Green if you win in one of those freerolls are get leaderboard-money, will you be able to cash-out ? I hope so for you guys
seems like it's gonna take a while before the situation is finalised and they decide what to do, seems that for now whatever they are doing is is to please the authorities.

they back into the .com domain its mean they back home now and hope soon theyl ll back also for usa players now they cant play poker but they can start to cashing out them money good luck and never loose your hope
