Greetings all,
Just wondering if something had slipped through the cracks and was hoping you could take a look at something for me.
I signed up for Mansion early this month and clicked the request button early to ensure I was eligible for the offer. The offer was then, of course, rejected as I hadn't earned the required points.
Upon earning the points I sent a Mob mail on April 9th confirming offer completion, I didn't hear back so I figured perhaps I should email instead. It was sent on the 15th. Still no response.
Just wanted to check in and make sure I'm doing everything correctly, it's ok if it's still processing, I just didn't want to leave it too long in case these things are time sensitive.

you will get it eventually its because they dont like canadians and they tend to slow things down for them just joking sometimes there is miscommunication but at the end everything gets solved.

It took me also about 15 days to get everything work, You should connect support and ask are they gonna approve it soon. Sometimes in support are so big traffic so they can't answer fast but i believe you get your mobpoints if you have earned them!

Thanks guys, I realized yesterday that for those first two emails I didn't provide the tracking number for the conversation. So it was my own dumb fault that I wasn't getting a response.
I got a response this morning and they're going to process my offer after the standard 2 - 6 day waiting period they apply to all Canadians, good one Mober.
