I applied for the player only Bonus of 5000 VIP points 5 days ago, and eventually received a email yesterday from bankroll Mob advising me i have had it approved and my players only account would be credited within 24 hours, i patiently waited the 24 hours plus and then contacted playeronly live support which i must say is awful it took me 2 and a 1/2 hours to get to someone to speak to me who then advise that they will not be honoring the promotion, so now i have been forced to get back in touch with bankroll mob to see if they can sort it , but of course as usual bankroll mob's live support is offline as per usual so i have had to send an email 72 hours on a WEEKDAY so theres another 4 day wait at least and probably wont get sorted, feel like i have been conned out of personal info to be honest,
Has anyone else had any problems with promotions or even the same as myself if so what was the outcome.
