how can you be saying its not available if its still being offered

Kathy Nichols: Yes, when you create the account using them you receive that e-mail and 48 hours after that you create the account you receive this points but the promotion was over before bankrollmob can credit the points in your account

Kathy Nichols: Probably they haven't removed that from their site, but they are an affiliate, they are not us

but who is supposed to credit the 5000 points

how canyou be saying i cant get the bonus then

Kathy Nichols: Bankrollmob must confirm that you opened the account with us trough them so we can credit the points, and you need to create the poker account on the spot, I can see that you created the poker account 4 days ago

Kathy Nichols: So even if they confirmed with us that you can receive the 5000 points we were unable to credit them and the promo is not valid anymoer

i was planning to start playing on this site cause it had good refferences and the bad media on stars and ftp

but i guess they are still a lot better then these sorta sites with there bad offers

My advice, stick with the big sites these minor sites are all a scam and bankrollmob thanks again for the nice bankroll you have provided me with

I have had the exact same problem, and so have a few others some people on here have suggested emailing bankroll mob but that can take up to 72 hours hopefully they can sort it and deposit something to make up for the mix up as they are still offering it and people have done everything they say and waited upto and over a week at times, There are other posts on the forum about this situation as well.

I have just went back onto the their support as i set my account before the date they said but they told me they did not pay the bonus bankroll mob did and bankroll mob will not pay them any more so there is someone telling lies somewhere, they also stated that they ceased any kind of assocition with bankroll mob 4 or 5 days ago. Curious. That site is getting alot of bad image from this.

yeah i had the something like this on betmost aswell. I used to play there a lot. I was getting rakeback and all of a sudden they said my rakeback was getting calculated with the bonus money i had won so i was losing a lot lol. I stopped immediately with playing there time to make a deposit again on ftp it still is the best site i think. Doubt we will ge anything out of these offers would be nice though.

Hi, I've just had my ID check approved here at BRM. I was thinking of applying for the bonus at
Players Only. I tried and can't cause the message says there are 0 bonuses available for Canada. I think in your case you may have started the process on a cusp. In other words the agreement was ending at the exact time you were seeking approval. Bad luck?...Bad beat? Who knows?
What is required here is a clairification from BRM. The message states to wait until the counter is reset...sometime on Monday...today. I hope you continue to post as I am very curious to see how this all shakes out.

Hey All,

We have temporarily paused the Players Only offer on request from Players Only, as they are currently structuring and considering their traffic in relation to "Black Friday" and other issues (payment processors etc).

However all players that received an e-mail from us stating they are approved (all players that requested the bonus should have been processed before we paused it), should be getting their points. The customer service representative is obviously wrong - we are still affiliates with Players Only and we expect to open the offer again shortly (although only for US/CA first off).

I will try and get a status from Players Only and post it here later.

So what you are saying is we will receive our bonus later ? How can someone claim anything if they are not 100% sure. You have read my chat with one of there employees. I hope we still get our bonus. Please try your best for us.
