live support isnt available lately from what i know. perhaps of this time of year (Easter) which things are everywhere more loose or it may be permanent . Try sending an email to support or open a thread about your query. you will get a response in less than 24 hrs
My bad not used to the site yet, just realised i can view my posts or threads after clicking on my name. unfortunately i don't use forums that often thanks for the info though,

Mober is probably right with the advice to open a thread with your concerns or questions. Generally the advisor replies to a thread in a more timely fashion then trying to contact support. Good Luck and hope your problem isn't to off line to where you can't post a thread!

obviously feel free to post what u like but we have had problems here with repetetive threads being posted. best thing to do is wait for admin to be online the go back to this thread and bump it back to front page.
