Hello, I was thinking on doing the Party Poker Gift offer where you deposit $25 or more to partypoker and earn 5 partypoker points, then BRM awards you with 5000 mob points ($50). I was just curious to see if this bonus was available for members who have already used the "NO" deposit bonus on partypoker as well..... Thanks

Guess that don´t work.
Almost any poker site only accept one account per person. So as you already took a bonus at Partypoker you already have an account there. If you wanna test the Gift Offer you would need a new Account and that would be against the rules.

Since I'm from the U.S. I can't play at Party Poker, but thought PP might open their doors to U.S. players before FT and PS get their discrepancies addressed with the U.S.
It would be wise for PP to establish poloicies for U.S. players before FT or PS get their issues addressed because they could implement proper U.S. procedures and win U.S. players over. You know that FT and PS will eventually meet the criteria that the U.S. government requests in order to maintain U.S. players. This may take some time, but if they don't do it someone will.
I believe if there was a group of investors that would recognise and define U.S. requirements to establish on line poker which proper U.S. requirements they could creat a new Poker site within the U.S. or allowing U.S. players to legitimately play. This would take some coordinating with U.S. government, but someone would be wealthy in the long run. Actually I believe there's a group of people already looking in to this.

Hey green i had a friend that lives in california and he used a old canadain address that he had and is now using fulltilt again(created new account), maybe it would work for others.Hope they soon let u guys play again.

They will eventually track down his i.p address, especially if he wins anything decent, they will look into his account and notice that he has an american ip address. It happend to one of my friends a while back, so id imagine they have tightened up their security a bit more since then

in a recent thread its been said that the ndb acts as a first deposit. but as admin said it must be depending on the offer. when i got my ndb in mansion poker i got also a first deposit bonus which was 100% match.
