Well the government is going to indict all pokersites sooner or later, starting with the big pokersites first, but don't worry it will be regulated in the future in my opinion.

havent heard anything about carbon poker getting in trouble, rather they enjoying great time with increased traffic due to black friday. will they be indicted ? maybe yes but as long as they keep transactions genuine they safe i think.

I haven't heard anything either, and hopefully it will stay that way. I was intending to go to Carbon at some point and try it out. Seems like a decent site.
As SuperNoob pointed out, hopefully they'll stay legit and not end up on the chopping block. Damn US, trying to shut down all the good stuff.
