PokerStars has announced that the event will be broadcast live to various European countries and even in Canada. Thats a great idea and news indeed. It's great to watch this competition live at your TV. It's great to see that my country it's one of the countries in which the event will be aired live. I think both the major two poker sites from the market, thats pokerstars and full titl poker will do considerable efforts to promote poker as much as possible here in europe, especially in the countries in which are many players and most of all online poker is allowed without no restrictions. As for United States it's clear that all the live poker events that are held there will have less and less participants, as many predicted the death of the online poker industry in united states will also mean a great hit for the live poker events and also for the city of Las Vegas itself. I'm really curious to see how many participants will sign up for the WSOP this year, but i'm sure the numbers of participants will drop compared to the last years.
