I used to play at 770. I made made a small profit and decided to cash out some. Then they gave me a $10 casino chip. I dont play slots but hell its free...not. When I clicked on the play now button in the email they sent me.. off I went to the casion...picked a game...and the cashier showed my poker balance. Then the amount adjusted up $10. Kool lets play...I lost the $10 in no time. I went back to my poker account and the original amount went down $10 and the chip was still intact. I put my cursor on my money and a message came up saying this money is different...no kidding. When I contacted support they read me the riot act (standard casino response). So I said no thanks and cashed out the rest. Well got the wire transfer today down $29. Those are some hefty fees for a wire transfer. So the moral of the story. DO NOT USE THAT CHIP its bogus imo.

Thanks for the heads up. I don't have an account there and the majority of poker platforms on which i do have an account are only allowing poker table and not other casino games like blackjack, slots, roulette, etc. In fact the only poker platforms that has this options on which i actually do have an account is party poker but i never tried those options because playing on those casino games you lose the free no deposit bonus bankrollmob credited to my party poker account.
Thats part but the part where they took you almost 30 dollars for a simply wire transfer, now thats almost outrageos. I never used this withdraw option since i only work with my moneybookers on poker platforms and the transfer is tax free. The only tax is applied by moneybookers when i withdraw money to my bank account or card. And it's a fix tax bu the way, it doesn't matter what amount you are withdrawing.
Good luck but in your place i would change the platform, i always hate to find that i need to pay hidden fees.

if im not mistaken in these situations when you have bonus and real money and you play in the casino you first use your real money and if and when you lose the real money then the bonus money comes up.
you probably still have the 10$ bonus Smile

Agree. Probably you didn't meet the play through requirements on that chip. always remember to read the fine printing when it comes to casinos.

TThats one of the reasons why I don`t play casino games.
But I agree that this is a poor method of them, fooling people around.
And the fee for wire transfer is incerdible high.

Yeah i agree: incredible fee!!

That's a massive fee for a simple transfer and sounds like a pretty dodgy deal with the $10 chip..

Poker 770 allways had a slightly bad reputation. Now i know why. $29 cash out and maybe currency conversion fee? No way!

I have had no problems at all with 770, played both poker and done some betting. Cashouts to NETeller are free, and I can't remember any hassle either. So I have no complaints about them.

(Except that I got drawn out on with AA againts A9o in the first depositors freeroll, all in preflop, healthy stack, against the only one who covered me at the table, and we where pretty close to the money, that started at like 106 $...)

Anyway, I got this chip too, and even though I do not play casinogames, I was actually thinking of using it, just to pass some time.

Thanks for the info on how it works!

Now I'm not touching it. If you hadn't started this thread, I probably would have, in a week or to.

I don't undrstand the casino syaem nor do I care to. This was a lesson well learned. I play at other poker sites and never entertained the thought of going into the casino. I would only play a game of chance where I have at least a 50/50 shot. There aren't too many of those to select from.
I got to read the fine print after support sent the conditions to me via email, that's when I knew I was beat.
Used their 7.70, turned it $60, deposited $50, never won again. Played in at least 20 ticketed tournments and cashed for a total of $6.00 and cleared $6.00 of the deposit bonus. As I was leaving they loaded me up with more tickets. They'll collect alot of dust.

I knew about this. Had same experience on 770 and Riva poker. They give you NDB for poker and for casino BUT when you play casino you play with poker money first! It is same on all Ipoker rooms! It is pure scam! They do that to make you believe that you playing with free money and to try to bust your whole bankroll. BAD BUSINESS!

the best solution for this is to sit out with your whole bankroll at an poker table...then you can play with the casino bonus money....
i once received 10 Euros for Poker and another for Casino Games and sat out with 10 Euros at an empty Poker table and played the Casino Games with the casino bonus....luckily i turned the 10 Euros into 150 then i played some sng's and cashed out everthing without any problems at Poker770

and you have to rollover the casino money for 10x or something like that...till the money is visible in your cashier...
