Jason Mercier is one of the best live tournament poker players i know of. Sadly i don't know whats his username on poker platforms so i couldn't watch him playing online but i also think it's really good in the online environment too. It's really nice to see the organizers of the european poker tour thought to make such a event for all the champions of the event. I actually think the organizers of world series of poker thought os something similar and wanted to do a rematch edition of the last matches of the best finals so far, like the Hellmuth vs Johnny from 1988. As for the title that the bluff magazine gave him i'm not sure if it's right, there are a lot of players that bluff a lot more than this guy, one of them is Tom Dwan durrrr just to name one. Congrats once again to Jason, i really think he will have a great poker carrier.
Congratz for Mercier, this was quite interesting tournament, can I watch it somewhere? Maybe the prizepoll wasn't that high, but it's just like Niklas91 says, it's just one tournament, but he can say that he's better than the best

Like a Champions League of Poker? Never heard of it, but seems it has been the first edition. I guess there have already been other tourneys as important in terms of exclusivity as this, but perhaps they were private, not calling all great winners to play it, and this way is official. Call the winners of the greatest tourneys in the world to play this and see who's the best.
