After fulfilling the requirements have you requested the gift from your personal home page? If you havent done so its a must in order for them to proceed. If you did though just sent an email to support requesting further info. You will get an answer in less than a day

I completed Mansionpoker on Monday and it still says processing. The information on my account page says it takes 2-4 business days which are over now. Are there any problems?

many people had same problem earlier and most of the times BRM support was just waiting to hear from the poker sites to confirm if you have completed the requirements. you can write to bankrollmob support or wait for admin to come online tomorrow and reply to you.

There are many cases in which players don't get their mob points in time for their no deposit bonus. Almost all times there is no problem from Bankrollmob but poker platforms don't usually communicate too well with the team from bankrollmob. Eventually all players get their mob points , you only need to have patience. If you fullfilled all the requirments the poker platform needs, i mean basic stuff like don't have other accounts, provide ID of yourself, etc you can be sure that you'll recieve your no deposit bonus. Indeed as suggested above you can contact the bankrollmob support if not even after couple of days you don't get your bonus. In a day or even here on the forum admin will clear things up for you. Did you follow the above advice? If so, you'll probably have to wait until after Tuesday or later for a response as it's a holiday weekend (at least it is here).
Be patience, I've had things get slowed down before but I've always gotten paid by BRM.

Hi,and nice to hear this.
I have the same problem with VC poker. Done more points that needed but waiting for my payout guess now 15 working day and it appears still processing in status bar. Admin what's wrong ?
