The player at CO has played with full stack and was too loose, so I've decided to find a spot when I can double up on him. His stats were like 30/28 and 43/43 from CO, also he had 100% steal (7/7), so I've decided to call with decent hand hoping for good board. And the board was good But my question is: is this call oop against so loose player with 100% steal good move or bad one?

In this hand my opponent was very tight. Standard raise pre flop, also standard c-bet. Then the turn gives me nuts flush draw, I bet (perhaps I shouldn't, maybe c/c would be better choice?), he raises and I don't have pot odds to call, but I'm also sure that he'll give me his whole stack when I hit the flush, so I think I've got implied odds to call, then the river gives me a flush so I'm all in (every normal bet here would be over his stack, so I've decided to make "scary" move ).
How would you play those hands?
