If you remember this is what i thought about in my last posts about his massive upswing he had lately. Well, it seems it started to happen again, after being on 100.000 dollars plus this year after winning almost 600.000 dollars this month it seems Viktor started to lose big yesterday, in heads up and 6 max omaha games at the POkerstars tables. The amount he lost was around 200.000 dollars more or less, this big loss makes him on minus again this year... In the first Heads Up-match against Sauce123 he lost $70k and the remaining $187k he lost against gavz101 which was yesterday's biggest winners. Not sure if you watched his evolutio in time but since he plays on pokerstars this seems to be his trend, he has massive upswings in a short period of time, and also in a couple of days he lose almost everything if not more. I think he had a better bankroll management when he was playing at full tilt poker, except the sad episode with Brian Hastings of course... On the other hand after this session, VIktor Blom is the second largest winner of the month, the lead was taken by the great dane aka Gus Hansen.

oh hes back to his self and i thought maybe he will continue this run longer. anyway 200k is not a big amount compared to his heroics at fulltilt poker, but wud be nice to see some consistency from him.

Thats the magic word indeed: consistency, i mean since he is on pokerstars as sponsored player he always seem to have the same trend, win big in a couple of sessions/day and then lose it all or more in a even shorter time. I think it's true what they say that if you start to win a lot, at a certain moment you start making big mistakes and you get tilted a lot faster than if you would have played normal with a steady growing winning graph. If you are looking on isildur1,s winning and losing graphs you'll see that it's almost a jigsaw blade, with a lot of ups and downs. Yes, he plays omaha in general so the variance can be pretty big, but still that too much even for a game like pot limit omaha. Oh, and by the way, he lost another 30.000 dollars yesterday....

this guy is as like,and as interessting as, a traffic light. red, green, red...one day you hear he won big, next day you hear he went bankrupt and so on..

Jibberish you are very right, thy not sponsored him just for he way he plays, he is now a image promotor for Pokerstras, plus it also had a huge affect on the other high stakes players that used to play on full tilt poker. Just to give you an example many top poker players made an account on pokerstras just to play with isildur1, the list is very big but just to name a few: Scott Urnotindangr Palmer, Jens89 aka Ingenious89 from full tilt poker, yesterday registered ronny from switzerland who also used to play only on full tilt poker and the list can go further. Oh, i almost missed Illari Sahamies who plays under the username Illari FIN, he registered to have a rematch with Viktor Blom. Plus you also need to count up the massive image capital Isildur1 has, so i think this was really the biggest move POkerstrs did in a long time, i wonder why Full Tilt POker didn't contacted him and offer him a chance to join their team.......

Isilidur is a long shot from being #2 this month in winnings he is at $193,000 now for May after he lost about 400.000 from just last week and gavz101 is #2 this month with 2 million in winnings right behind Hansen.
and so on..
