I like to play pot limit Omaha, but it has such a high variance that is much played by players who like to gamble. I like the big pots and the rush it displays.

You gotta love Pot Limit Omaha! I also started playing pot limit omaha on real money pretty recently and it's a lot more fun to play than no limit holdem, there is simple a lot more action and a lot more outs than on holdem. Also the pots tend to be much bigger compared to holdem even at micro and low stakes. On the other hand you really need to know what hands you want to plat from the start, i actually think it;'s more important to make a good hand selection preflop than on holdem, for this i always used the Hutchinson points system, it always delivers so it's really good. Frankly i can't believe that guy went all in with a 10 high flush in plo, i mean a 10 high flush is good on holdem but on plo thats simply way too weak... You played the hand really good and you took down a really good pot. btw. I would also personally esitate to go all in with a king high flush without having my opponents stats.

Wow, very nice. You had he luck of the other guy thinking he would be the only to go for the flush and you got to take his call at your all-in, very well played. I only play Omaha at some freeroll from time to time but i am a complete donk at it. Eve more PL. Do you play that for a long time? How long did you take to play it well?
