On behalf of all bankrollmob members, I would like to congratulate brm staff on how well the site is doing! We have seen marvelous improvements over the last months. Admin is always here for us, helping and contributing to the forum´s well-being and that is the simple and plain truth.
BUT...
I have noticed that the biggest "valid" complaint is regarding the e-mails. Many members send e-mail and don´t get a reply for weeks to come.
I´m not here to point fingers or to say that the service is slow, but what indeed happens over there? I guess here would be a good place to tell us members the reason why the e-mails take so long.

I dont really email supprt as they tend to answer most questions here but when i ahve done in the past the repsonse is usually pretty quick as i said i havent emailed in a while so if this is a recent problem i havent experienced it yet. As we know BRM is a very good site and im sure any problems we have they will try and amend.... within reason of course .
