Well I watch lot of poker videos and read lot of news and I sometimes look at comments that people made...and they make me sick! You can see people that are obviously donks with no clue how to play criticizing pros So you can here comments from guys (that are probably losers on micro stakes): Laak is such a nit...Neagranu is calling station...Howard Lederer is Coward Folderer, Dwan is gay, RIP Doyle... and they comment how there is no way that they would make same mistake like that pro in that hand... And most of comments are like that! I mean, you are watching fucking poker video instead of playing and you think that you are better player then Daniel or Howard or Phil??? How stupid is that?! Have some respect! Those people live from poker their whole life! For example, I dont like Helmuth, I think he is one of worst pros in televised poker BUT Im sure that he would bust my ass at any time! And he won things that I could only dream to win!

I totally agree with you, i'm also sice of the railers that post similar messages when poker professionals like the one you mentioned in your post are playing online, even worse sometimes there are some that post RIP doyle and many follow them and ask themselves if the "news" is true lol The need to have more respect for people that live out of poker and even better, they made a fortune out of poker. Frankl;y the only player that is not criticized at all but always people ask him for money lol is Phil Ivey, it seems he is very respected amongst all poker players, pro or low stakes players like all thjose railers, it's just a personal observation i made over the years Jovi, you need to be more distant about comments like that and most of all make sure they didn't affect you

Where is the problem? Laak plays very nitty, Negreanu likes to call a lot and Lederer tries to avoid action at any cost. At least they do it on the televised games.

i know what you mean but as shokaku says laak is a nit and daniel is a calling station but both of them will say that anyway. I do think its funny people who play freerolls and mircro stakes that slag these big pros off, these guys have made millions from poker for a reason and makes me laugh when people talk crap. Even if you dont like the way they play for example laak does my head in the way he plays but more the way he acts but at the end of the day hes made alot of money for a reason and ive not so i cant say s**t really

Yeah - it always pisses me off, for me most of all when people call durrrr a donk.. I mean, I don't really follow pro players at all, I don't really give a s**t. Never been interested in celebrities, etc. However - it definitely annoys me to hear people banging on about XXX being a donkey,etc when they've won literally millions of dollars from the game, particularly players like Tom Dwan who built up from nothing.

I dont see why it would upset you to be honest, at times pros play bad, and they call each outher these names, why because thats what poker players name the style of play, the likes of DN is a calling station, but he knows what he is doing, unlike the calling stations at low stakes. Why would comments about outher people upset you? Assuming you dont actually know those who comment, what stakes they play etc are you not just doing what they do by calling them donks with no clue how to play, losing playes etc ...hypocritical.... just playing with ya LOL. Personally I dont have to respect someone because they are good at something there are plenty of Pro players who deserve no respect, lots of people hate Tony G for example, and I can understand that. Anyway Tom Dawn is gay, sipping his drinks from a glass straw, big gay.

I agree with b1gfoot regarding respect - somebody being a pro, millionaire, (good player) etc doesn't necessarily command respect.. respect must be earn't and being good at something doesn't garner respect in and of itself.
It just pisses me off in the same way that rigtards do; people who just refuse to acknowledge there are players (a LOT) better than they are, for some stupid reason all they see is "lucky players", "cheats" and "rigged flops". It annoys me because these people are the same in all aspects of life and are basically just a drain on humanity in general.

ha! if you think hellmuth is the worst you got a lot to learn about the pros like hellmuths 11 wsop bracelets. dont you ever see him constantly make the right plays and get sucked out on>? thats why hes known as the pokerbrat cuz he cant take a bad beat, like when he played HU against dwan. smashed em lol hellmuth isa beast buddy

gotta agree that all pros have to be good in poker otherwise they wudna be where they are but this is also true that most of them have leaks in their games, after all noone can be perfect. calling them donks/ fish is not appropriate but im not bothered by ppl who do

I totally agree with you. Some people talk before their brains engage. Some players play freerolls all day long and do not even understand the rules of engagement of proper poker. I also do not like Phil Helmuth, but believe it or not he is a good player an would probably wip most of our arses.
Anyway GL to all mobsters and hope you all gain the knowledge to improve your game and therefore your understanding of poker.......................

All this guys have already passes all this junks with micros and with starting the poker carrer. They are high stake players because they have a lot of hand played, and they are here for reason. We cannot look at live game as we looking at the online games. They are here for reason, believe me.
