2011 WSOP: Aaron Steury wins Event #17: H.O.R.S.E for $289k

After 3 long days of play, the $1,5k H.O.R.S.E.* event's 963-player field had been narrowed down to only 1 player, Aaron Steury. Steury had a very tough journey to the title as world class players such as Eli Elezra, Victor Ramadin and David Bach all made it deep in the tournament (Ramadin finished 9th). It is very hard to play good HORSE because it is game where you got to know a lot about few gemes, and this is very difficult to adjust your play.

Congratulations to Aaron, usually Phil Ivey is rocking the game, or mix of games to be more precise Smile
There are very few people that can master this game really good considering that you need to master all those games very good, i mean it's irrelevant if you are a very good no limit holdem and pot limit omaha player if on the rest of the games you are a novice, so the respect for all succesufuul horse players is at the top Worship Worship Worship
Still from what i've read and heard to majority of players that play horse, have two or three A games, and the major profit comes from this games, of course they also master other types too but always in horse the profit comes from the games you master the best.
Thats why Phil Ivey is rocking the game, since he is a master in Pot limit omaha and no limit holdem Big Smile Smile

With 24 years, this guy already has cashed 8 times ino WSOP tourneys? He should be a regular player at WSOP since he has 21, hein? And this was a HORSE with diferent games than those HORSE tourneys at FTP right? I usualy only play HORSE in freerolls, although i like to experiment the concept, but i think it usualy also has NLH, and this hadn't.
