Is it fckn coincidence that if you have currently some hard/adverse days in your life - then in the same breath you run to downswing or tilt in poker play as well...?

Holy shiit... it never rains but it pours.. Aww crap!

take a small brake away from poker to relax. It is always good.
Then when you come back try starting in a new poker client or in a site that you have long time to play.
Dont start again at the same site Smile

my last downswing was 6month playing many tuniers reached 10times the finaltable as chipleader and than the badbeats come 8.place 7place or 6. or 123. from 22.600 atstars sunday storm...
same time at cash tables every set i got was a bad beat so i stoppt paying there playin littel levels and freerolls and when i feel its finisht i will change and go up again from 1-2 Dollar to 5-10 Dollar

but same time i played at betfair nick: sharkliller and was 300 Dollar Thumbs Up

change the lobby for a while but 9 byins are not a downswing Smile dont worry

stop for few days or play littel sngs ( the douppel or nothing ar ok when you have a downswing )

i now feel a litte bit embarassed that i was whining just because of 9 BI's...you and flippedchips and shokaku were mentioning that this is close to nothing and of course you were/ are right...but it was the first time that i lost so many BI's in a row whatever... yes i played "two" (LOL) $5 heads up sng's during my break time from cash and managed to win them....never thought that such minor victories would be tasting so good lol

gl to you and all other brm members

So much bla bla bla, and i think we are all tired of this kind of answers. Sorry guys but in my opinion only shokaku said the truth.

First and the most important of the questions. ~DO YOU FEEL CONFORTABLE AT THE LEVEL YOUR PLAYING??

A- If you do feel confortable, dont stop playing and its just variance, a little downswing after one good week, that happens to everybody and there is nothing you need to worry about. Look at the best players graphs they all had it, so you need to concentrate and keep playing the same game you always play (if your a wining player of course).

B - No, you dont feel confortable at the stacks your playing. Its time to think a little bit about what your doing wrong and go down at the stacks, if your a micro staks player, start playing nl2 to try to know where your exactly at in the middle of the other players. If you have a big ego like me, stick it up in your ass like i did or youll be a losing player 4 the eternity.

Think about what i said and iam sure youll find the answer to your problems.

Ps. in my opinion your problem is that you cant deal with the level your playing.

thx for your honest answer...

well it's not that i can't beat nl20 or feeling unconfortable and believe me this level is full of bad players who are just idiots or drunk...but somehow these idiots cracked my premium hands in the last days with crap and what me tilted more was that they werde donating my money to other regs just a few hands later...(a fact that such players can't be profitable lol)

i've found my biggest leak that i have no tilt resistance anymore and never lost more than 4 BI's before i recovered in the past... now i start to realize why an optimal mindset is so important for poker once more

just to make sure i was once an winning player at nl50 (Ipoker and Merge)
and i beat Nl100 at merge too but that was a long time ago lol
