there's always a risk that the poker site will disappear with your money anyday but its small considering they'll be making more profit in future if they keep it running.
so best thing is keep only that much which you require to play and can afford to lose, in short like someone said - dont treat poker sites as banks.

Ft and Ps both knew they were pushing their luck, but PS, for one, have a better legal team, and a much larger amount of capital, of which they can stomach to pay players....or so it would seem. Legislation in poker is, and was, always going to happen. Throughout the world governments are trying to work out a way in which they can make money off the currency that is flowing in, and out of their borders via poker sites. It was an inevitable fact that this was going to happen, and ft and ps knew that by flauting the US law that this was going to happen sooner or later...it was merely a case of how severe was it going to get. Grey area schmey area, they knew what they were doing, and personally i have little to no sympathy for them, i only have sympathy for the thousands of players who had huge rolls which are now defunct. Sad times.. To re-itterate doz's comments, poker sites are not banks lol. Gl to all with rolls on ft, i pray you get your wedge back! Worship Worship Worship
