As I have said many times none of these sites test for reflection of probable out come. This is for good reason as they manipulate outcome to increase rake, If any of these sites were straight they would test properly.

You are amazing, if more people were like you then we could apply your LNP to every number generated game, I lost a game of ludo once, my bro keept rolling 6s, now if we follow LNB we would see that in fact he should have only ever rolled a 6 5times, his 7th 6th was proof that ludo is rigged and I now want a investigation to be done, ludo to be better regulate and my Han-Solo back. Heres some tits to look at. What do you think the expected outcome will be if her top gets pulled up 1000 times?

I made lots of research on the argument and discovered that due to the law of large number (Long number probability for us) I should have cracked the safe at least once but it didn't happen.
There should be a bug in this law ... in the meanwhile OP will fix it I will keep on enjoying bobbs pics

This is ecogra who certificate micro gaming (poker time and the likes) They clearly state a 95% pay out on European roulette. do the math and it shows red or black bets pay over 98% and average pay out should be 97%, But is certified at 95% pay out(clearly rigged and they admit it with this certification) but if you dont trust your own math ask the UK gaming commission the true odds pay out.

I really can't be bothered checking your links - since last time you banged on about poker certification and it ended up being video poker when I looked through. FWIW - 00 roulette *does* payout at ~95%. But yes single 0 roulette (euro) should be closer to ~97%
However - even if you are right and they have certified the single 0 roulette at 95%. Then you can't really complain since that is the figure they are advertising. Like pokie machines; they can be certified/adjusted to pretty much any payout percentage the operators want.
But my main point here is - so long as they payout what they're certified to payout - then I really don't see the problem.
But yeah - I really wouldn't be surprised if you've just read out the report for 00 roulette - which is supposed to be 95%
Also - curiosity got the better of me and I clicked your link.. I can't even find European roulette payout in there...
Why do you always look to avoid the facts of hard proof Ecogra clearly state all on line casino games pay 95% and as such this clearly proves there RNG must be weighted away from true probability on there European roulette because as you say the pay out should be nearly 98%.
Insidently this is the same RNG that powers there poker How much more proof do you need.
Agreed there is no problem with the roulette if your told your being ripped off for an extra 2 to 3% but in poker probability is very very important and the variance is well greater than 2 to 3%
