Hi,i won 5000 points jackpot and i used them for my partypoker account , its written that i get them to pokersite in 48 hours ,,, but already 4 days gone and nothing...

Unusual, normally (even though it says up to 48hrs) it is instant. That said I was unaware you could transfer to partypoker, check your mob account and see if the points are still there or not.

you sure your account is verified to highest level, maybe you need to send id / phone verification. if its fully verified, money will be in your account soon. support might be busy elsewhere causing the delay.

I thought myself too that you could only transfer the Mob Points to Kickoff poker but after Joining FT thriugh BRM i could transfer the mob points there too. So it seems there are some specifics regarding to where you can transfer them. Cause i have joined another site through BRM too but i cant transfer there. Maybe because the offer is over.

Greetings noTic, and welcome to Bank Roll Mob. I'm sorry to hear your experience so far has been an unpleasant one. As with the above confusion, are you saying you won 5000 Mob points, here on this site? Because you can't withdraw to Party from here as far as I know. Or are you referring to some other promo somewhere else?

Remember - weekends don't count.. It can take up to 48 business hours... I've transferred to Party a couple times, once it was in there about 6hrs later, another time it took 2-3 days..
You will have to wait until at least Monday.. as nothing will happen over the weekend..

Please bear with us, as we are "hit" by the holidays (both in our own company however also our poker partners), so things might be a bit slower than usual. If you cashed out to PartyPoker and everything else is in order, you will surely receive the transfer within a couple of days.
If not, you just bombard support with e-mails and they will follow up
