Greetings CoolDimitri and welcome to Bank Roll Mob. Sorry to hear you're having difficulties thus far.
I've never played at Riva but have played at 3 other iPoker sites. I have made multiple withdrawals from all of them and have never had my choice changed. Then again I was using Instadebit. It could have something to do with your countries laws.

It seems to me that Riva is looking for ways not to cash out I wouldnt continue playing there if i were you after all this crap. There are many reputable poker sites in iPoker with no such problems.

Hi,moneynookers us great, coldimitri when you validate your account they transfer amount from 1 to 3 $ from your account and you must wait and check in the bank what amount is it and then when you validate you must put correct amount in field for it and you have your account on moneybookers try like this

still no money on my account . I am now being asked to send a copy of my bank statement, proving that I have never received the money. Apparently after that, they will start investigating the issue. Unbelievable!!

In sites like this you shouldnt use that method. it takes ages. In fact i dont thing you should use anywhere. I heard that cake poker which is a well known site needs more than 2 months for a check for example. I have requested cash out from Cake with moneybookers, 2 days now and still no money, so you can imagine the delays with cheque or bank transfer

This is a bit of a concern. I made a cashout request from an iPoker site to Neteller last Saturday and got a response saying that all requests are dealt with within 96 hours, which I thought was OK at the time. 5 days later and no money I emailed support and got the following response:
Thank you for contacting us!
By means of this message, we invite you to consider that all cash out requests are being processed in priority order.
Considering the number of winners here at our tables, please consider that our payment agent needs to process all withdrawals as per the registration and completion date.
We therefore invite you to check your NETeller account within the days to follow, as we already made sure that your funds will be prioritized.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the Poker770 Financial Team. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

There is definitely something in the air with the cash outs, or we are just the unlucky ones and everyone else gets their money in the right time. Its frustrating.

I have now got a credit in my Neteller account but it's for $30 not the $300 that I requested. The other $270 has re-appeared in my account as a "pending withdrawal". I am seriously pissed off with this and have sent support a s**t-o-mail

At last! I got an email telling me that they are delighted to confirm that my request to withdraw has been approved (as though it's a gift from them!) so I've checked my Neteller account, and voila! they have paid me - only took 13 days and 30+ emails

Still nothing, I keep on getting the same replies over and over that it was processed in July. I have contacted Lottery and Gaming Authority in Malta about this, unfortunately according to LGA policy I am not allowed to disseminate any information about their response. RivaPoker support however, just keep on asking me to send my bank statement, which I did multiple times by now. Every time I send it, I am told it's forwarded to finances, but so far, absolutely nothing. I am starting to lose my faith in the online poker, I just hope that I am an isolated incident
