I remember trying to cash out $335 from Doyle's Room. I went through verification, and everything was approved. Then they started making excuses about 'switching payment processors'. After 2 months, I asked them to cancel the withdrawal and they did it in 30 seconds. I then lost my $335 swiftly, as if my account was programmed to lose.

You need to send 2-3 emails a days asking what else needs validating or for an update or for contact details of their payment agent and demanding confirmation of a date when you will get paid. You'll get similar responses to each but I believe that they get fed up in the end and will do something about it. It worked for me.

Its not a validation thing jbrooksie. I believe they ask the documents some times in an attempt to find something wrong and refuse your cash out, but most of the times they do that to delay more with an added excuse.

Posted by SuperNoob: never tried getting cheque from a poker site, moneybookers works perfectly for me. but really strange for them to change the transaction method. and funny reply from the poker site - " pleased to inform that your cheq ue has been canceled"
Yes, moneybookers is nice... Always a good choice, with fast deposit and withdraw and no taxes and fees.. In my opinion is beter than cheque or wire transfer..

I know that but they use "validation" as an excuse to delay. First they have to "validate" your winnings, then your request, then you and so on. My point is that you should nag the bastards to death, and questions about validation are just an excuse to email them again. Also if you signed up via an affiliate (BRM for example) you should ask the affiliate to contact the poker room rep about your request.

Well, finally some good news. I was told today that my withdrawal was reverted back to their account due to some banking error. Therefore, they will now wire my money to my bank account. I hope to get it by the beginning of next week, at the latest. Since this thread appears to have touched on some issues important to other Mobbers, I will post once I get the money. Good luck to the rest of you still waiting for your withdrawals.

Just one classic excuse that most of them use Technical error, banking error and all that crap. Like its the first time they do something like that and they messed it up.

Wow!!! 22 days for a moneybookers withdrawal request...? The last time I made one it took only 4 days but I made it 2 months ago, since that I did not play any single game because of work... I guess its because of black friday or not... anyway I hope when I'm back evrything will be ok.
