What happens to me a lot is internet cuts out right at the worst possible moment. Like when I'm heads up with a huge hand and I finally get some action than my hand is folded

Posted by thefodz: Ok, mistakes are mistakes, but folding AA pre-flop is not a mistake, it's a tragedy! Oh well, it happened. *** Did anything similar ever happen to you?
no dude, it ain't a tragedy, it's a catastrophe, it's like being nuked. anyways i too made a mistake, and yes, due to playing multiple tables, i was on my my to pressing "fold" coz ive got a trash hand, guess what? I pressed all-in since someone made a raise and that was about $10, it might be small to you but its quite big for me, anyway, unfortunately the guy called and had KK. sucks!!!
i had AK in middle position, i folded by time out cause i had flopped a full on another table, other person raises and it is a Kxx flop, he bets out and im really gutted. It turns out that he had pocket aces, i would have been all in and gotten killd, i was happy

I've folded KK on purpose before now. In a satellite to P.Stars Sunday million. 160+ players and only 8 to qualify. Down to the last nine and i'm vying for the bubble holding 7500 chips. 3 others are in a similar position and 1 is down to his last 2000. Can't remember what the blinds were, but they were huge and i only had a few left in me. The deal comes and i'm dealt KK . An almost dream hand for me at that time. First out is the chip leader (150k+) and he raises to 8000 2nd chip leader (120k+) calls and then it's my turn. If my KK holds then i'm almost gauranteed a spot in the big one , but it means going all in .What should i do ??? Time to access the situation. Okay, i knew the 1st two were'nt ahead of me pre flop. but they could afford the lose. the player after me (85K) calls anything and proberbly would on this one. . Player 5 (75K) was playing tight so would fold.. Then it got interesting. Players 6 & 7 were in the same position as me. Would they risk it? No, after a dabble, they'd both shut up shop. player 8 was worse of than me having lost a few big hands recently. what would he do ? Was'nt sure. Then it came to my hero. Player 9 was down to his last 2k. He had'nt played a hand since reaching the final table. He had frozen. So a quick conclusion gave this. If call, then i'd be up against 3 other players and my odds had fallen. But, the same applied to players 6 7 8 9 and two them, 8 & 9 had to make a move smartly or risk being blinded out so......I fold The outcome ? Player 4 did call and had AA & made trips. Player 3 had AQ and made a straight, but player 1 done them all with a flush. and my KK would've come nowhere. It was'nt long after that ,that player 9 got blinded out having never played a single hand. Folding that KK was the best move i ever made.

Why not fold AA ? There are many reasons for it... But I saw the "best" laydown with AA in a live tournament: 8 players at table, 35 players left, 3 prices (no money, just LCD-TV etc.). That player I talk about doubled up the hand before with AA. New hand: 1st, 2nd, 3rd folded, 4th went All-In with ~3K (blinds 400/800). Me, 5th, 6th +7th fold. BB folded too, player who went All-In shows AK off. BB asked the dealer to show his folded cards and he did...AA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone laughed and said he is a moron, he answered: "I had a bad feeling, getting AA two times i n a row". (it is really true !!!) IS THAT POSSIBLE ???!!!

I don't remember making any missclicks in poker. But Warcraft III is a different story...
But I think my friend might'v a couple of missclicks. And he has had a some nasty disconnects while holding AA aswel (saw that happen once to him, don't remember whether it was pre-flop or after the flop being dealt and him hitting a set of aces). I don't know whether this counts in this category or not and if it happens to others aswel, but it just came to my mind... :o
