hey guys after i made my account 2 weeks ago i typed the bonus code wrong but they deleted my account and i could make a new one of them so my username is not hobbelpaard but hobbelweg1... i did email support but no reaction for 2 weeks now. What can i do, and why is it taking so long? cheers!

I did not think it was possible to delete a account once it had been made or maybe you can if it has never been played. To be honest I am not sure of the rules on that so maybe only admin can tell you the answer to that.

well i asked support of william hill they say its not multi accounting because he deleted my account and not me... but still no replay of any admin here

Bankrollmob staff are currently on holidays so it may take a little longer than normal, and admin is doing all the work I guess, so little time to answer in threads and it is the weekend. I think things would have gone a bit smoother if you informed bankrollmob that your account was deleted, wait for them to update that in your profile ere, the re-set up an account. Just a waiting game now, GL.
call them, maybe they didnt receive your message? idk sometimes it takes time but 2 weeks is a little too much in my opinion. shouldnt take more than a week.
Today i got a message my account hobbel007 is aproved... like i said my account wasnt hobbel007 because william deleted it because i had fulled in the wrong code how can i have the 20$ on it when it doesnt even excist ?!?!?! please bankrollmob help me me correct account is hobbelweg1 and i already emailed you about this...
