Indeedly, especially when you have a fantastic read on said villain and KNOW they will agro spew chips to you if you slow play them Using a players aggression against them is fundamental to winning. So many people don't understand what AGRESSIVE really means or how to do so properly.

if you have the nuts the warm glow is always on your side of the table, however when your stoned that warm glow is always on the other side of the table, so stop getting stoned

1. I never drink, smoke, or do anything with "substances" when I play Poker. Ever. 2. People ALWAYS say they have the NUTS when they have the A flush or the Full House. Been beaten by a Straight Flush on my A flush. Been beaten by 4 of a kind on the Full House.
So...the NUTS is usually a "relative" concept.
And you didn´t answer my question about the "drinking" ArcticBear.

Serious question: When you hit an A high Flush, do you say to yourself "I have the Nuts", or do you say "I have a nice flush"? In "theory", it´s not the Nuts. In practice, everyone thinks to themselves: "I have the Nuts!" The chance of someone hitting a royal or Straight flush is so small, that we just factor it away in the moment and in our minds. moot point, but mostly valid, I think. No?

Man, this is hilarious. Coputer do every thing funny this days. Nice dude, but I thing it will complicated to seat down to eat a good meal. The dessert will be meatballs for audience. kkkkkkkk

You're taking the term completely out of context. "The nuts" defines the absolute BEST possible hand given the texture of the board. Ie if the board was 2 clubs 8 clubs q clubs k clubs 6 clubs and you head ace clubs 3 clubs, you have the nut-flush, there's no possible hand that could beat yours.
However if the board was 2 clubs 3 clubs 4 clubs 5 clubs king clubs and you held ace clubs 10 clubs, obviously you don't have the nuts since someone COULD be holding the 6 of clubs. Usually tho he's the guy that folded it pre and is now currently banging his head against something really hard.

I thought the term the nuts ment a hand that cannot be beat at the time so aa would be nuts preflop but when the flop drops aa might not be the nuts. But the absolute nuts is not just a hand that cant be beat at time its a hand that cannot be out drawn. At least thats my understanding the the meaning of the nuts and absolute nuts.

Simply put, when you have nuts you have the best possible combination that you can make of the community hands. Sometimes KK after flop is nuts, sometimes even if you have AAAA they might not be nuts, because there is a possibility someone has hit a royal flush.
Even more simplier: If you have nuts you cannot lose.

I was saying that in most people´s minds they will not even consider the possibility of a straight flush when they have the flush and the A. Not at the moment they are playing the hand. (emotions alter perception)

I can count the number of times that happened to me with the fingers of only one hand... unfortunatley! At least most of times were playing with friends in the garage at €5 SnG of ten players, not bad at all.
