Blom says a big quote that every player should have always in mind (the best way is to write it down in a post-it and fix it to the PC monitor): "all players have to put their bankroll at risk in order to develop". One have to pay much atention to this in order to not taking unconsidered risks. We only charge our bankroll with money we dont mind loosing. We ought to know it is an 100% risk investment. So stop charging the bankroll with all the salary expecting to double it, its a mistake, and thats not what Blom is saying. He is telling us to apply the bankroll in a way to get profit, but only the bankroll, not all our money available in the bank. That's why he have the privilege of paying few atention to the $5 million lost, because it was only his bankroll, not his entire fortune/amount of money he has in the bank. Be careful with the risk you take at the tables!
