Does anyone experienced any issue with the GutShot software? I've installed and re-instaled mine and it still doesn't work fine. The lobby works fine, the tournament lobby works fine but on the table everythings works as sh*t. the mouse blinks, chat doesn't and I lag as if i had a 26Kb modem. basicly I just can't play

dunno everything is fine on my end, its working like it used to earlier. maybe its your antivirus/firewall which is blocking it or your internet is having problem. surely its a local problem.

Haven't tried the software but that doesn't sound like a firewall issue. It's very glitchy in a lot of different ways for you. Have you tried checking with the technical support team at Gutshot? They can probably help you get it all sorted out.

Had to leave the house. I'm going to try that now. It already happened to me once but on a casino, can't remember wich one. it's really frustrating cause I made a 2 month poker vacation and I wanted to try my luck with gutshot 5$ bonus Tryed to play a SnG 6seat but it was too frustrating, made 2nd but I just couldnt play heads up cause it was allways jamming

No problems her. But I must say I´m running the 2D version. Ran the 3D one first time, and that was running ok as well.

Have you tried reinstalling their software? If not, that should be your first step. Also put Gutshot client on firewall exception list. If nothing of this works, then simply wait for Gutshot support.

Greetings Jego and welcome to Bank Roll Mob. You have a good point there, I know the Cake Netork requires Microsoft's .Net Framework to be fully updated, so that may be worth a shot Diogomp.
Have you heard back from them yet? Or have you had any luck trying out some of these solutions?

Man, finally someone that realize the problem in the root. That software is a s**t. I have tried all to do works well but it was useless. I am very desapointed with it. I will tryothers poker rooms that make me more happy then extremely angry.

Thanks for all the replys. I'v tried it all and it just doesn't work. Poker client was already in the firewall list and also I got gutshot program in the list. already installed service pack 1 (W7).
Jego, how does adobe reader help me? will download last flash and try that too.

Some times for some reason its just something in your pc that causes the problem. I had similar problems in the past and i realised that my pc was outdated. Try all the current updates for your OS and if that doesnt work then try to download the software from another link than you usually do.. That helped me once too.

now I tried to fully update my os. it turned out I missed some updates Adobe reader to Iand I don't even remember the rest... it got a bit better at least is playable
I have an older OS. I used to have all kinds of issues at different poker sites. I found my computer fragged up so bad it lagged and froze up alot to the point the computer almost went over the balcony. I live on the 16th floor...lol. So, to combat this I went to cnet and downloaded Advance System Care. Their program is designed to optimize the windows OS. It works very very well. It'll take afews hours of running and rerunning to get the OS straightened out. Also, downloaded NetTracker. That program automatically tracks all the software in my computer and notifies me of any updates to install. I defrag every day now, usually at the end of my sessions. I've been using the ASC for about 4.5 years and never looked back...may be worth a shot. You'll get a monitor that will sit on the upper r/h side of your screen. Should be a letter A and dark green in color. When the indicator turns C...orange, D... red, or dissappears completely, it's time to run the ASC. If you try it and have any questions about ASC let me know. Hope this helps. Oh. it's all free.

Its even one of my favourite online rooms in the last months, i am even considering making a deposit there, because i am just a few points away from geting a new bonus there. Are you sure the problem isnt with your PC? Dont forget to clean cookies before the reinstall. Try to contact them through their site, perhaps they can give other solution.
